Our Ethical Principles

CGE has documented its assessment service areas and methodology and defined them in its system infrastructure; all assessments are implemented in accordance with the methodology defined in the relevant assessment area.

CGE demonstrates a careful and systematic approach in its assessment methodology. Where possible, the assessments conducted are verified by drawing on past experiences. CGE continues to retain information and records provided for assessment for a period of 5 years.

CGE experts review each assessment report before delivery and ensure quality assurance. CGE experts regularly carry out updates and improvements to ensure product quality as part of their work.

The purpose of this Information Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data is to fulfill the disclosure obligation set forth in Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 regarding personal data obtained and/or received from third parties during the use of the website (Portal) located at www.cgeevaluation.com, which is managed by CGE. It also aims to transparently inform users about the methods of collection, processing purposes, legal grounds and rights regarding personal data collected by CGE in connection with users' use of the Portal or entered into the Portal by users through their own positive actions.

ICMA Code of Conduct Application Statement

CGE Evaluation operates as an ESG rating provider offering ESG rating products through a structured, AI-based assessment platform that combines automated analytical tools with defined methodologies. The Code of Conduct for ESG Ratings and Data Product Providers by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) ("Code") has been accepted by CGE Evaluation. CGE Evaluation supports the objectives of the Code, which aims to promote transparency, integrity and high standards in the ESG rating process.

Conflict of Interest Policy

CGE Evaluation's mission is to provide reliable, independent and internationally recognized sustainability ratings and advanced assessments across all areas of sustainability, to shed light on the effective management of environmental, social and governance risks for organizations, and to ensure high performance. As part of this mission, particularly in the management of ESG ratings and ESG data, a robust approach to managing conflicts of interest is of vital importance given the need to define boundaries between our rating activities and commercial activities. This document sets out CGE's strategic priorities and other key considerations in developing the Conflicts of Interest Policy, the details of the policy, and the roles and responsibilities of those involved in implementing the policy.
